Integrate Michigan State University and its world-class resources and people into all aspects
of the community.

MSU offers a wealth of resources and expertise that the companies in our community can tap into – along with thousands of well-educated new graduates each year who can keep those companies running smoothly.
Global Community Initiative
Highlight our strengths in the global marketplace and continue to enhance the Greater Lansing region’s growth as a progressive, global community.

Emerging Talent Initiative
Retain, attract, and develop a world-class work force that meets the needs of globally
competitive businesses.
Leap, Inc., supports innovative K-12 programs designed to develop the Greater Lansing region’s future leaders. And we’re working to keep existing talent here by matching capable college students with local employers who need their skills through our JumpStart work-placement program.
